One kilometer from the village of Andasibe and six from the main artery of the Big Island, Vakona hotel is located 900m above sea level, just before the mountains of Mandraka. Vakôna is surrounded by several national parks such as the Mantadia park (open to visitors).
Vakona Forest Lodge offers 10 family bungalows with loft and 14 double room bungalows that each have: a terrace with a small outdoor lounge, twin beds convertible into double bed, bathroom with hot water and toilet, safe and mini bar.
